Check In: after 2pm
Check Out: before 9am (11am spring and fall)
A Reservation Deposit equal to 25%, with a minimum of 1 night's rate is required to confirm. Traveler's
checks, personal checks and cash are accepted for payment.
Upon arrival, the reservation balance is due in full.
Rates are based on up to 2 guests per bedroom. The additional guests are accommodated with a sleeper sofa,
which is provided in each unit. When occupancy exceeds two per bedroom, an additional charge per person of $10.00 per
night or $50.00 per week is charged.
Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.

Accommodations Include: Basic kitchenware, charcoal grill and bed linens
Accommodations do not include: Bath, beach or kitchen towels, daily housekeeping, consumables like charcoal,
